Clean and comfortable
We booked a triple room but there were only two sets of towels, two cups etc. and the sofa bed wasn’t opened. As soon as we asked they fixed it immediately though, very nice staff

Great location near the center of Magog, a lovely town in Québec. We had the executive suite for a family of four, it was large enough. The sofa bed was a bit hard/harsh for the kids, though. It was in April so the place is not crowded and the golf not open. But we went hiking in the Orford park and with a nice weather we had a great time.
The sofa bed could be improved / more comfortable.

Location to the town of Magog was acceptable.
We found the building to be looking very tired. The room was only average in comfort. ( 1 bed, 1 couch). We were placed at the very far end of the hall and it was obvious the building was not at full capacity. Dinner in the on site restaurant was expensive and only fair quality ( chicken was over done and dry) with slow service. Plus a 4-5 oz glass of wine was more than $10.00. It was not worth $ 650 for 2 night
