Hotel Cheribourg, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Breakfast was not included in our room price. We purchased breakfast. It was very good.

Our room was a wee bit too small. The bathroom was way too small.

The beautiful scenery and views well maintained rooms very clean and well kept along with the balcony and very comfortable beds

Not very big rig friendly but you can make it work

The play centre was nice for the kids, there were lots of different areas. The location was good, we were close to several activities and enjoyed some nice nature. The second room we stayed in was lovely, spacious and had a nice little kitchen. Staff were lovely, the women at the breakfast buffet were great with the kids.

When we arrived, we didn't get the room I had booked. The site is misleading or there was a miscommunication between booking.com and hotel. However we were lucky enough to get a few credits and a second room for the rest of our stay.

Location to ski hills

Bistro n restaurant were not open!!! I had to run around to get bkft n dinner for son and self every day, not fun! This has to be mentioned in hotel amenities! Ice on a sloped sidewalk to truck on Monday morning, slipped n sprained big toe. Told desk on checkout yesterday, someone salted area about 15 minutes later. That should have been done on every path to vehicles after rain and freezing temperatures immediately. Paid $422 plus numerous taxes for 3 nights and looked up rate when there it was around $280+. Does not match up? Property seems to need refreshing up, very tired. Fitness room needs better equipment and free weights.
