Our family loved the resort. We love animals so this was the perfect spot. Our kids really enjoyed seeing all the animals every day. The staff were extremely friendly. Our room was perfect. It’s dog friendly which is a bonus too.
The only thing I would recommend is adding patio furniture to the deck attached to the studio rooms so guests can sit outside.

The location was stunning and beautiful. Balcony could be magnificent and the fire I expect if you make those. We went for whale and bear watching - both were incredible. The farm on site was great and a really helpful and enthusiastic young man helping on the farm. The pool looked good but we didn't use it.
You couldn't drink the water, which made me cautious about cleaning fruit and veg in the water or having a shower. The beds had old stains on them, there were not waterproof covers on the mattresses. Overall, the chalet felt a bit grubby, I wasn't sure if the blankets were ever washed. The restaurant on site was okish - food wasn't the best and we waited nearly 1 hour for the food so we didn't return.
