Mostly quiet. Only a couple minutes where there was loud voices from others staying at the hotel. Clean rooms, smelled nice, comfortable bed, easy to check in and check out. Close to where we had a dance competition at Ames. Nicely appointed breakfast with great choices.
Although there are several entrances, could only use the main door because the others don’t have elevators and we had heavy rolling bags we couldn’t haul up the stairs.

We upgraded to a jacuzzi room, was worth it, although the jacuzzi was kinda small even for two people. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Your lobby is small, and not many common areas to gather.

This hotel is affordable and the location is fine.
The staff didn’t service our room after our first night. We weren’t aware that this is a pet friendly hotel otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed here. The hair blower didn’t work. The breakfast bananas were too ripe. It’s a bare bones continental breakfast.
