Smartly decorated, peaceful, lovely terrace overlooking the lake, good location for strolling to the town and lake. Restaurant looked very nice though we didn't eat there, also a great ice cream shop attached.

The location and the view from our balcony were excellent
Parking was very good
Room service had to be requested it should be done daily
The breakfast was not great as everything had been cooked previously and was then preheated I would have expected a breakfast chef cooking to order …specialty coffees were an extra charge
Having to give a deposit in case we were to damage or steal
That was pretty shocking considering the hotel already had my credit card information .I have not experienced that before .
The hotel also need to purchase king size duvet covers instead of folded sheets .
I am sorry to be so negative but these small things could make a huge difference to the over all comfort of the guests
