Convenient location by the river. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed although I found the pillows too firm. Very nice breakfast buffet with healthy choices and pleasant view.
Parking was not ideal. I was told there was a larger rear section but did not find it. There is another business next door and it became confusing which spots belong to the Rivage. Other than the bathroom there was only one outlet and I had to get on my hands and knees to access it. The corridors are almost pitch black during the day. Why?

Accessibility and location was great to commute around the city
A/C was not working
Parking was a mess a full for some reason, had to park elsewhere sometimes
Had to wait 10min upon arrival since there was no one at the reception desk
Client experience was here, but didnt felt the hospitality
Strange buzzing deaf sound during the evening/night, couldn't sleep because it was annoying
The bath/shower had tons of hair in the drainage hole
