Close to the airport
1. Hair dryer was broken and didn’t work.
2, HVAC was very laud and would go on every hour. Great fun at 2am, 3am etc.
3. Confusing set up for food. No directions. Do you sit down at a table and wait for someone to take your order or do you order at the counter and take a number then sit down.
4. The credit card machine must be from the antique collection. Staff had to apologize to each customer.
5. Staff have difficulty manoeuvring the cleaning cart out of the elevator on the 4th floor because of the floor design and felt they had to apologize - they didn’t need to apologize to customers, management should apologize to their staff.
6. Fitness area. To many machines in a cubicle.
