Disappointing

Rooms were great, breakfast okay

We booked this hotel from previous experience and loved the hot pool. The entire time we stayed the hot pool was out of order, front staff knew nothing and had no updates or information, the main reason we booked and paid the price was because of their hot pool after a long day skiing. Whilst the hotel offered an alternative it was inconvenient and the pools were either out of order or disgusting. Won’t stay here again, would have appreciated an update and we would have cancelled free of charge as per our booking as the hot pool was out of order prior to our arrival. Maybe offer your guest a partial refund when you advertise facilities and yet the entire stay they are unavailable and you can’t even communicate it!

A room for 4, but the bathroom was ensuite to the bedroom which isn't ideal. Parking was also very expensive. We were only staying 1 night but wouldn't have worked for us (two couples) for a longer stay.

Nothing. It was extremely noisy

The hot tub was broken. The coffee maker was broken. The previous tenant had unplugged all the cords from the tv. Parking was an extra $40/night.

We booked 5 people had 3 towels. Called 3 times asking for more towels. An hour and half they brought us more as we were leaving. Had to dry with hand towels.

Location, building and staff are 10/10. Pillows a nightmare.

Great location, super close to main street, 5min walks tops.

Their rooms had the absolutely WORSE pillows I have ever seen in any hotel, tiny "roll" like pillow that was very hard. Had a nightmare of first night. Funny thing is they had softer ones inside the wardrobe, which was ok one but still not good. We had 2 rooms and both had the same pillow scheme. I kid you not, the worse pillows in 25 years of being around hotels. And my room had a bit of that wet badly dried smell, the other one didn't. Maybe because my room was close to the pool and people that stayed there probably went wet too often and it had no time to properly dry/clean.

Poor staff, no answers on several extra charges but great location.

Location was excellent, breakfast first day was amazing and the next 2 days was very regular. The room size and the cleanness was great. The hot tub had a beautiful view and was pretty warm.

The staff service was poor, I requested a crib, they didn't bring the crib, I had to call back, when they brought the crib I had to assemble it, the sheet for the crib didn't fit. They did not provide any city map or any information regarding the shuttle. They charged me 40 dollars for parking every night, and they charged 40 dollars a day for destination fees, plus the 120 I had pre paid on Booking, besides that the front desk mention that I could have a 20 credit of the destination fee so I used at the store and surprisingly they charged the extra 20 dollars.. bad experience, bad staff, bad service. I had issues with my reservation the hotel was not helpful and neither Booking.. I ended up expend a lot of money for a poor service hotel. very disappointed.

Average at best should be nicer for the price

Location and shuttle service were good hot tub nice but only one side of the hot tub the hurts are very weak!

We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival, we were not provided a room with a view, despite Booking.com clearly advertising the room as such. Although we were relocated, the second room had multiple serious maintenance and safety issues that should never be present in a guest room. The carpet was severely worn with nails protruding through it, posing a safety hazard. Several light bulbs were not functioning, the door keypad fell off! Additionally, in the original room, the bedroom door would not close properly, and the kitchen table was unstable and propped up with a shim. These conditions reflect a significant lack of upkeep and do not meet acceptable hospitality standards or what was advertised at the time of booking. Given the number and severity of these issues, the offered $150 compensation is insufficient and does not adequately address the inconvenience, discomfort, and safety concerns we experienced. We expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved with appropriate compensation.

The location was excellent and the tv channel access in the room was great.

Hardly any of of the food or drinks on the menu were available. Staff didn’t know much about how to book experiences or where to go etc.. not very knowledgeable.

My only wish would be to have a 1/2 bath in the suite for the person(s) sleeping on the sleeper sofa so you don’t have to go into the king bedroom to use the bathroom.

I would not stay here again.

I liked that it was close to a lot of different stores and food.

WiFi was not working, my tv was not working my whole stay. I kept asking the front desk to get things resolved but had troubles. Cleanliness was unacceptable I had to clean up myself and go to the store to buy product to clean. My sheets were not clean!

noise level from person in adjoining room who seemed to be on a phone call up to 10.30pm and started again at 6am quite loud..but was time to get up in any case as so much to see. Maybe a reminder to customers to be aware of their neighbours would be beneficial

The fact you have to pay $35/night; however, it is covered parking. I just think $35 is a bit much considering the cost of the room. They also do not replenish your towels, wash clothes, coffee, nor pick up garbage, etc. I was able to replenish them myself by locating housekeeping.

It would have been nice to have small glasses in the bathroom for use with rinsing after brushing, taking pills, etc. The furniture in the common areas looked worn -- frayed fabric, worn carpeting, wobbling and sticky tables, etc. On a personal note, I am shortish (5 foot 3) and had difficulty reaching anything in the kitchen above the bottom shelf. I couldn't even see the bottom of the microwave. Short people travel too!

Updated room and amenities, easy parking, nice bathroom. Despite being off the main road and close to downtown, it was very quiet.

Good hotel

First stop on a 14 day road trip from Denver to Phoenix. The room was clean and comfy (great beds). Breakfast was good - standard American - pleasingly with no throwaway cutlery, cups and plates! The hotel location was good, at the top end of town and next door to the brewery - great beer and great food. We had a few walks from the hotel (nothing strenuous), saw the Breck Troll and walked a few miles down the valley. Great views of the snow covered mountains from the pool. Would recommend this hotel

Loved this property!! Walking distance to downtown Breckenridge with tons of restaurants and a quick 5 minute shuttle ride to the gondola. The hot tub and pool area were amazing. Plus a really nice continental breakfast in the AM. The rooms were very spacious with full kitchen and large comfy king. To top it off.. the staff was so beyond sweet and accommodating with questions. Brian or Bryan (not sure how to spell his name) was amazingly kind. He made the check in process so smooth. We had our service dog and two cars and was able to accommodate us. Loved this hotel, will be back. We almost booked an Airbnb but are so happy we chose to stay here.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the room was cozy. The shuttle was incredibly convenient, and being able to store ski gear at the front made getting to & from the mountain very simple. The kitchen was well-stocked, and breakfast was thoughtfully set up.

I think the hot tub could have been cleaner. More of a personal preference: It would be nice to have a patio heater in the outdoor space. The sun warmed it up nicely during midday, and while there was a fire pit, having a low-effort way to hang on the patio in the morning or evening would have been very nice.
