Horstman House by Whistler Premier

Well equipped with comfortable furnishings

We were really happy with our stay. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Whistler, but it is a very short drive to the parking lots. Both bedrooms were a good size and both were ensuite. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice to use and the living area was spacious and relaxing.

The check in experience was not easy. It said that the front desk closed at 5pm, so we cut short our trip to make sure we were there on time. However, they decided to close the desk at the start of the week and didn't advise us. I did not find the email easy to identify our room number and you have to use long codes continuously to access communal areas and also your room. Your space is allocated in the parking garage and our space was right at the end and incredibly narrow. The driver had to climb over to the passenger side to get out of the car. The other spaces were not so bad, although we did see a lot of people struggling. I am not sure how they would have even managed if they had got our space!! It would have been nicer to be able to choose your parking place.

Beautiful, quiet location. Great bike storage. Very comfortable space. Love being so close to Lost Lake!

Nothing, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The suite was very cosy and quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed. Facilities were maintained in excellent condition. Location was very good away from the village core.

When I booked the place, it was not communicated that no housekeeping is provided. It was told to me one day prior to the stay when I received the arrival instructions.
