email with clear information. front desk staff were professional. Pool area was beautiful. We enjoyed the BBQ. Easy (free) parking. BC Transit shuttle was wonderful
Room is dark but that was likely the location. Maybe lighter walls colour would help? An extra BBQ and robes would be nice

The suite was very cosy and quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed. Facilities were maintained in excellent condition. Location was very good away from the village core.
When I booked the place, it was not communicated that no housekeeping is provided. It was told to me one day prior to the stay when I received the arrival instructions.
