    Stayed here for a week, rooms are very spacious and feels luxurious. Staff are exceptional, no complaints whatsoever which is what you want. In a pretty prime location to go around the GTA by transit or car. Some food is close by and more options for everything about 15-20 min away by walk.

    From the moment we walked in, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell that persisted throughout the hotel and across all floors. The parking lot is extremely small and poorly maintained, with deep potholes that make parking inconvenient and unsafe. We stayed for four nights and never once saw anyone stationed at the front desk. There is a camera, and staff only come out from the back when they see you on the monitor. Even then, the interaction feels unwelcoming, as though you are inconveniencing them by asking for assistance. The hotel has two elevators, but one was out of order during our stay, and the remaining one was very slow, causing frequent delays. Housekeeping was highly inconsistent over the four nights of our stay. There is no way to indicate whether you want your room cleaned or prefer not to be disturbed. After the first night, the room was not serviced at all. After the second night, the bed was made, garbage bins were emptied, and towels were replaced, but the empty tissue box was not refilled. The bathroom was only partially cleaned, and the carpet was clearly not vacuumed. After the third night, garbage bins and towels were again addressed, but the bed was not made, the tissue box was still not replaced, the bathroom was only partially cleaned, and the floor was not vacuumed. The ventilation system is very old and noisy, and temperature control in the room is poor. In addition, the curtains do not meet in the middle, leaving a gap that allows a significant amount of sunlight into the room early in the morning. Overall, due to cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, and lack of proper service, I would not recommend this hotel.

    The location is decent but it serves as a great spot for getting around Mississauga. Good value for the price.
