The cleanliness of the room
The bed was not comfortable. Definitely did not Luke the pillows. Would have liked a better blanket over the sheet

I loved Paula (sp?) at the front desk. She was wonderful... kind, cheerful, helpful, knowledgable, and overall lovely. She was definitely the best part of the experience.
The location was perfect for what I needed.
It was a 2-star hotel experience, so it was mostly what I expected it to be. I chose the hotel based on the location--proximity to I90 and the low pet fee.
