Exceptional stay all around. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, no stress, no surprises. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Lice in our room... We kept getting bit and we kept looking for bedbugs which we couldn't find, and they're easy to find. Our last morning we found lice jumping on the corners of our beds. The front desk lady was very friendly but only refunded us one night which is better than nothing but not worth all the trouble we're having now and the bites we got for our stay. Having to buy lice shampoo for both our heads of long hair, get our clothes professionally cleaned and deep clean EVERYTHING that we're carrying with us. Not even close to the refund we got. The service was friendly though.
