The room was semi clean….there was alot of gnats in the room and the shower water didnt get too hot but overall the staff was very nice and amazing

Only staff member that did her job and was at all helpful was Shawn. ALL the others during my stay were never at counter for help just a sign that said they would be returning in a fee minutes!!!! I gathered all my things to go to room after check in and room key didn't work not once but twice in a row EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT considering my room was at opposite end of front counter AND the ONLY elevator!!!! No apologies from the staff that I had to go outside and get to come in from her truck smoking a cigarette !! Do your job!!! Morning cleaning staff knocking at my door 3 different times to ask if I was staying or checking out and it supposed to be noted on my account and then finally front desk for the first time calling to ask the same question!! Amenities were great breakfast service is very nice but, all but 1 lady,ruined my stay by sheer agrivation!!! Shawn (sp?) DESERVES A RAISE the rest are being paid for absolutely nothing!
