Very nice room.

Could hear the person above , stomping. But it is not the hotel's fault that this person was selfish....

The location is great to explore the old town. The bed was comfortable. The view was nice on the main street. The staff was quite responsive on the phone.

It looks much simpler, than on the photos. Its very basic. I felt like it’s a dorms but with separate rooms. It shows tear and wear. No place to hang on a jacket in the room. We just piled them up on a chair. It was not that much space in the room. On one side of the bed there was a small fridge, it served like a bed table. It’s easy to hear people walking up and down the stairs. The parking at the property is tight. It was hard to open doors once the car was parked. Like on one side it was not possible to get out. There were two cars on the sides. One of them was a track and our was a small SUV. Another one was a medium size sedan. Fortunately we didn’t get any bumps. The snow was not removed well. To enter the parking on the sides there were still lots of snow.

Overly complicated check-in. I guess we miss people/staff!

Location to down town Quebec. we like to walk and for the price, for one night, it was really great to walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable

We paid for parking but when we arrived, parking spots taken. We got credited quickly (thank-you) and they did provide options but we had reserved there direct to not have to worry about it at all, so did not like that we had to deal with that. Suggestion: put a sign where the parking is reserved for those who paid, and that they will be towed. That way the spot will be left open for those who know they paid. And small negative, the bed was nice but pillow not good, it flattens and was not comfortable. Also when we reserve a room, maybe the real pics should be posted. The rooms we saw on site seem WAY more modern, our bathroom looked very dated:( but the pics online of bathroom looked WAY better.
