The location was incredible! Close to many must-visit spots, restaurants, a convenience store, walking distance to a grocery store and green grocer. Perfect for picnics on the Plains of Abraham. Nice older building with character. Smooth check-in and check-out. Quick, helpful responses from staff.

I really liked the hotel concept. The common areas were well-designed, and the room was spectacular. What impressed us was that, despite the room being next to a busy main avenue, there was no noise from inside, so everything is properly insulated. You can hear more noise from inside the hotel (neighbors' doors closing, some footsteps from upstairs neighbors), but nothing that would affect your stay. The beds are amazing, the bathroom is amazing, and the furniture is amazing. Finally, a hotel with a Roku TV that lets you customize your account for your favorite streaming services. Clean sheets and very clean towels. One of the hotel's highlights is its location. It's close to all the city's attractions, so we didn't use our car and left it parked at the hotel for our entire stay. Another highlight is the self-check-in service; they send you door codes to access the facilities and your room. And if you have any problems, you can contact the staff at the number they send you. We had a good experience and would return to the hotel.

Washroom and bed were very good, as was room location. Desk was adequate. Liked being near and walking about the 'Plains' and the beautiful public garden. Generally a very nice residential area.

No clothes closet, no proper chest-of-drawers, no folding luggage stands, no microwave, no small coffee/eating bistro-like table with chairs. Just one stright backed unholstered chair which mostly held our articles of clothing. Pantry/eating areas were inconveniently located and seemed vitually unused by anyone.

Location to down town Quebec. we like to walk and for the price, for one night, it was really great to walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable

We paid for parking but when we arrived, parking spots taken. We got credited quickly (thank-you) and they did provide options but we had reserved there direct to not have to worry about it at all, so did not like that we had to deal with that. Suggestion: put a sign where the parking is reserved for those who paid, and that they will be towed. That way the spot will be left open for those who know they paid. And small negative, the bed was nice but pillow not good, it flattens and was not comfortable. Also when we reserve a room, maybe the real pics should be posted. The rooms we saw on site seem WAY more modern, our bathroom looked very dated:( but the pics online of bathroom looked WAY better.
