Hotel is very clean and modern. Beds, pillows and linen are clean and comfy. The lady at the reception was helpful and efficient. It's very central and close to our favorite spots / restaurants.
We loved everything about the property just a little timing glitch, the underground parking was closed for cleaning during a major rain storm and no valet service was available. Perhaps cleaning could have been resheduled or at least valet service offered, felt bad for the kids decked out for prom walking under the rain. Other than that perfect place to stay.

Good location nice view on st lauren
The room was not vacuum cleaned when we checked in. The next day, since we were back in our room, the housekeeper suggested to change the towels only. However we were expecting that she would clean the room later but she did not. Perhaps was it a communication misunderstanding but I believe that she should know her responsibilities.
