Front staff were friendly, and exceptional; rooms were very comfortable, beds and pillows were comfortable.
The room was very hot, I was going to open a window but there were no screens on the windows.

Would be nice if there was continental breakfast.
Was very loud music playing outside of our room late into the night. Possibly the pub?

Terrible service in the restaurant. No body wash for 2 day stay, only one small bar of soap. Nowhere to take dogs outside.
