Habitación de buen tamaño (no muy grande, pero no era pequeña), buena atención en la recepción y en el restaurante dentro del hotel (muy buena la comida). Buena ubicación cerca del río (por las renovaciones dentro del hotel hay puertas restringidas) y de lugares turísticos.
No querían dejarnos parquear en el parqueo más cercano a la recepción para hacer el check in (a pesar de ser parqueo libre y con valet parking) sino pagábamos el valet parking. Los encargados fueron muy abusivos para obligarnos a pagarles (no pagamos nada y nos parqueamos en los parqueos libres disponibles q NO eran para valet parking)

The staff was friendly and it was walking distance from the raising canes river center. They had free valet and the cafe food was great.
The shower doors don’t open and close so you get a blast of cold water trying to turn on the water. The electrical socket in the bathroom doesn’t work so you can’t blow dry your hair or plug anything electrical in. It also stinks throughout the halls of the hotel.
