Central and accessible location with onsite parking.
One elevator was not working, causing a lot of waiting time to go up or down.
Breakfast was over cooked, too hard to chew.

When we left the Concierge was friendly and polite.
When we arrived the person checking us in wasn't friendly, also I had a hard time understanding him. The bed was creaky. No spoons. I appreciate a glass but all there was a paper cup. The breakfast was ok. No metal cutlery.
