The location was perfect close to air port and the city but not so close to the business of either. The staff were all friendly and helpful are the room was better than I expected

there was no water in lobby when asked. there was good coffee/tea, but no water

Room is big enough for 3 of us. Bed was comfortable and most I like was free airport shuttle. My friend was late for the shuttle but thanks to front desk staff they called in to wake her up. The driver was nice help with bags.

It’s a convenient location to the airport.
I was told by the hotel that the airport shuttle does rounds and would be stopping by to pick up guests at the airport. I waited for over an hour and nobody showed. I decided to call the hotel which took forever because all the phone numbers I found led to the reservation site, not the hotel.
I couldn’t find any number for the actual hotel. Thank goodness the reservation site tried to help me otherwise I would still be standing there waiting.
