Location and parking facilities.

Cleanliness of bathroom. Shower had 5 or 6 hairs from previous guests.

Everything could have been great but on the city side view the fire station is below the room so get a river side room. The room was supposed to have a kettle, it didn’t, no problem the staff supplied one straight away but they never topped up the tea, coffee and milk

Comfiest beds on our trip Gym was fantastic Great bar and restaurant attached with exceptional service from staff especially Sushill who looked after us like queens

Air con noisy

The hotel was easy to get to and the parkade was easy to access. Comfortable beds and pillows.

All the signage in the underground lot indicates to pay for parking there. When I went upstairs to check in, the front desk worker said “no ma’am you should not have done that” and then said he wouldn’t charge me for parking! Like, no kidding as I already paid for parking downstairs. If hotel guests shouldn’t pay for parking, some signage in the actual parkade is needed. Very thin walls make for a noisy night. Cats raced up and down the street all night and we could hear every word our neighbours said. When we checked in, no one told us where the pool was, where breakfast was or at what time.
