Location
Takes (still taking) way too long to have deposit returned to credit card. Been almost a week now when other hotels have a much better system that returns the deposit the same day (or within two days).
This also happened on my first stay two weeks prior. Am at point where may have to call hotel to see what's going on. Upgrade your financial system (and don't say "it's my bank").

Location, view, facilities, and staff were excellent. Every question I asked was answered promptly. I also printed documents using the computer in the lobby, and even though there was no microwave in the room, I was able to use the one in the lobby without any issues. I stayed on floors 11 and 14.
On the night of December 27, 2025, there was probably a hockey convention for teenagers. They were staying on the same floor as my family and other families. They came back drunk around 2–3 a.m. and stayed in the hallway making noise, talking, and even responding to people who complained. Basically, we could not sleep.
Yes, we called the front desk, and they sent security. However, the hotel should organize floors better or anticipate situations like this when hosting different groups of people, especially families and large youth groups, on the same floor

Everything was ok but no pool and hot tub area they were closed for maintenance or something which wasnt known at the time of booking so that was pretty disappointing.
