    Good hotel with good staff. Great location to explore Banff.

    Beds were clean, room is like a regular motel type size. Bathrooms were small. View was horrendous, looking into other people’s rooms on the inside of the building like a tiny courtyard above an ugly roof. Can’t comment on how it would be if we were given a room with a proper view/window to the street. For this type of price please go somewhere else where you might not risk getting this type of room. Main floor and lobby are nice, staff were pleasant.

    Great hotel but be aware if you're driving a vehicle over 6 feet in height (most pickups and vans), you'll likely be parking on a city street 4 blocks away. Not very convenient and I would likely not stay here again for that reason. Otherwise very nice property and great staff.
