Inside spaces were very neat and looked good. Bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was good enough to get us going. Nice having A/C. Beds were comfy. Cleaners were very nice.
Outside looks run down. Parking is limited and lot is in rough shape. Have to check into wifi everytime it doesn't just auto connect.

It was an easy drive to downtown and places we wanted to visit.
Our room was close to the boiler room, so too warm. The AC was loud but kept it comfortable.

Convenient location. Easy 10-15mins drive to downtown.
The king studio comes with a kitchen which is convenient.
The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.
AC in the room worked well, room temperature was comfortable.
The staff were all very friendly.
Breakfast included: cereals, toasts, apple, yogurt, pancake machine, cold boiled eggs, juices, coffee/tea. Would have liked some hot food like scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. But can’t really complaint with this price.
Free kayak and e-bikes are nice, though we didn’t use them as the weather was not good during our stay.
We stayed on the second floor. There was some weird creaking/vibrating noise in the ceiling in the middle of the night. Happened about 3 times in the night. Could be the wood/metals in the roof creaking during to temperature change. Though it was quite loud and startling in the middle of the night, and woke my baby up 3 times.

The location is good, the bed is comfortable.
The rooms are very musty and caused my allergies to kick in. We had to open the windows (even at night) when it’s cold, turn the fan on to circulate air, and ask the front desk for some air freshener spray to help with the smell, but it didn’t help. The breakfast is very very simple not much but coffee is good. The rating if 8.1 is very deceiving
