pool fantastic
after a few check in bumps and changing rooms and losing luggage for over an hour, it qa great and the staff very accommodating

The location is very nice and it is an historic facility.
Dinner was not good value, very expensive for what was provided. No bread provided, small wine pours, no ambience, noisy with young children crying. Not an upscale dining room per the advertising.

Location & facilities were good. Great river view from room
Staff were inattentive. We waited 45 minutes to be served in the bar, then another 40 minutes for our food. Dreadful service!
