About this villa rental
Villa Jagoda, Pomer is a front line to the sea, luxury, 3 bedroom , air conditioned villa which sleeps 1 to 6 people just 6 minutes walk from the beautiful beach, Pomer Marina and a variety of local bars and restaurants. This villa is in peaceful nature reserve just next to the sea. It is an excellent biking area with the famous Kamenjak peninsula.

Bedroom 3, double with garden view. Shower room immediatly outside.

Large kitchen with sea view overlooking pool. Cooker, 4 burner hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Washing machine. In a cupboard in bedroom 3.
Living Rooms:
Cathedral ceilinged open plan lounge and dining room with traditional fireplace. Large open mezzanine above , sea views and access to large balcony overlooking pool with sea views.
Other:
Large entrance hall for bedrooms 3 . Direct access to outside eating area and barbecue set under trellis and grapevines.
Towels/Linen,
Beach towels and linen provided by local agents. Beds will be made ready for your arrival.
Outside
Pool (extra charge for heating option £200) with stone surround. Beautiful outside eating area under a retractable covered pergola with grape vines. Pretty tiled and gravelled garden. Direct access to nature reserve and a 4 minute walk to the sea causeway in front of villa. Table tennis included.

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Jagoda. Good size Villa with good facilities. Villa owner was very helpful and was quick responding to our queries. Great location for local restaurants & small supermarket. We hired a car which helped us explore the local area of the Istria Peninsula which is simply stunning. Areas for improvement are as follows:2 showers on the first floor had inconsistent temperature and were regularly quite coldPool - some maintenance required and water levels spill over the top of the pool after heavy rain which makes the surface around the pool rather slippery

Nice location directly on the seaside. Support in case of some smaller issues were covered really quick. We enjoyed our stay and are thinking to come again.

It's a really nice place, but the cleaning staff is only doing the bare minimum the kitchen is not organized stuff is just everywhere and anywhere.
The outside is amazing but the outside storage rooms are so cluttered that if you want to put the cushions away because of bad weather it's hard to find a spot

Huset ligger i et veldig stille område. Det er kun noen få hundre meter til en fantastisk Glamping med hyggelige beach barer og mange aktiviteter på strendene.
Bassenget i huset er topp og barna koste seg hver dag.
Det som trekker ned er at vi var 4 voksene og 5 barn. Huset manglet feks nok kjøleskap plass til så mange mennesker. Det er langt til nærmeste (ordentlige) supermarket så når man først handler, handler man mye. Det er det ikke plass til.
Det er heller ikke lagt opp til nok henting av søppel. Vi var der i 9 dager, og etter 5 dager var alle søppelkassene ute fulle og det fløt av søppel.
Vi hadde et fint opphold og Vojo (som er agent for eier av huset) var meget behjelpelig! Vi anbefaler å leie bil dersom man skal bo i dette huset. Det gjorde ikke vi og det begrenset oss en del.
Men alt i alt er det et fint sted dersom man ønsker en rolig og avslappende ferie.
