The exclusive Villa Centinera is close to the sea in a well-maintained, luxurious resort with several high-quality villas, each with its own private pool. This stylish accommodation combines comfort, privacy, and a superb location, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The villa impresses with its high-quality furnishings, a spacious private pool, and two covered terraces that invite you to relax at any time of day. Here you can enjoy peace, sunshine, and privacy in a pleasant atmosphere.
On the ground floor, you will find a light-filled living room with air conditioning and a television, as well as a modern, open-plan kitchen, also with air conditioning. The adjacent dining area can accommodate up to eight people. Large glass doors lead directly onto the covered terrace and into the pool area. Also on the ground floor are a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a shower.
A garage with parking space and an additional parking space in front of the house are available.
On the first floor, there is a cozy little living room with a television. In addition, you can expect three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and two of them with televisions. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, bathtub, and bidet. There is also another bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
On the second floor, you will find a utility room with heating and storage, as well as a large, partially covered roof terrace with garden furniture. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – perfect for relaxing evenings.
