The daily cleaning of the bedroom was great, my towels were changed frequently and the AC was always turned on during the hot days I was there in Seville. Friendly staff as well at the rooftop bar.
The property is opposite a main public square and a concert was being held there so there was loud music late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be a good option.

Room was very clean and modern and a good size, good air conditioning as well
Our safe wouldn’t close, we told staff who said someone would change the batteries, this didn’t happen, as we were only there for 4 nights we didn’t mention it again as we didn’t have a lot to place in safe

Room was fine but small and there were no facilities like a kettle in the room. Good sized en-suite bathroom.
We booked a meal in the restaurant below which was linked to the hotel. The food was completely overpriced as I chose the cod with vegetables for 26€ and it was literally a tiny piece of cod in a small bowl with a few gratings of carrot and chive. We had asked the waiter if we needed to order anything else and he implied no! My husband’s main was not good either.
