Ideally located 500m from the pool and 800m from the ocean, the villa is located in the heart of the Cap Ferret peninsula near the village of 'l'Herbe' Heritage Site. Well placed to discover the peninsula and the Arcachon basin. Independent studio on two levels overlooking wooden terrace and garden. Living room 30 m² with American kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. Spacious room on the mezzanine. All comfort, renovated (2014 then 2018). 15 m² shaded terrace and private parking. Studio classified 2 * in 2018 by the Gironde tourist office in the category of furnished tourist accommodation.

Location conforme à l’annonce, très agréable au milieu des arbres, juste un peu de bruit de voitures mais pas vraiment gênant, avec des propriétaires aux petits soins ! À conseiller !

Accueil téléphonique de Mr Delmas parfait, location agréable répondant à la description. Petit bémol: Trop de bruit de voitures en journée, ce qui couvre le grondement de l'océan et le chant des oiseaux...

bien situé, proche du centre, du bassin et de l océan. 250 kms de pistes cyclables magnifiques qui vous emmène partout, pas besoin de voiture. Que du bonheur. 2 petits points négatifs : route passante à l arrière de la location . et il faudrait plus de verres " flûtes et autres " ainsi qu'un micro ondes four. Accueil téléphonique et disponibilité au top. Merci Guy nous avons passé une belle semaine.

proximité d'une route passagère et bruyante jardin trop touffu pas assez ensoleillé gîte mitoyen, avec les propriétaires, séparé par une cloison en bois propriétaires très accueillants
