About this villa rental
Most beautiful Andalusian Town House at Calle Carabeo, only a few steps from the Balcón de Europa. This century old traditional villa was recently renovated and modernised, with independent air-conditioning in each bedroom and the salon. From the terraces on different levels you can enjoy great views to the sea and the Balcón de Europa. The patio offers a private and in the same time very sunny place, to which in June 2017 a new big Swim Spa / Pool has been added (4 x 3 meters, heated).
The villa is build on two levels with an additional roof terrace. It offers a Spanish traditional atmosphere combined with modern and comfortable interior. On the ground floor you will find the salon and dining area, one bedroom (twin beds), a big bathroom, the fully fitted kitchen and at the end the spacious patio area with sunbeds, a big table and the Swim Spa / Pool. In the first floor there are the other two bedrooms (master with four poster canopy bed, the other with double plus single bed), the second big bathroom and a first terrace, giving access also to the roof terrace. The terraces are furnished with table and more sunbeds, letting you enjoy the views over the Mediterranean Sea and all day sunshine.
Free WiFi, Spanish and international channels, public parking nearby. The modern Swim Spa offers you many special features, including: a countercurrent swimming system ('Endless Pool'), hydromassage, year-round fun and fitness due to heated water.
The villa is located right in the center of Nerja Old Town, inside the pedestrian area, and to the Balcón de Europa you will only need a minute of walking. A big range of restaurants, cafés, Tapa bars, and shops are in the area. The nearest beach is right beside, and even to the famous Burriana beach outside the Old Town of Nerja you just need a few minutes walk along the beautiful Carabeo street.
Although one does not need a car inside Nerja, there is a big public parking area very near by.

Wat a fantastic property the weather wasn't so good but still had a good time the villa was the best we stayed in wat can I say about hot tub mind blowing rain or shine would recommend to family and friends will be back when it's a bit warmer if you book villa you won't be disappointed ten out of ten

Beautiful villa in a lovely pedestrianised street, in the best part of town for holiday makers. Amazing views of the balcony de Europe, and the sea. Pretty, charismatic villa, right where you want to be, and surrounded by the gentle, and very charming, bustle of traditional nerja. The spa pool is fantastic, as is the roof top sun deck, with its stunning views. When you get bored of that, the balcony de Europe, literally 2 minutes stroll away, is entertainment in itself, with bars, live music and street performers, ice cream parlours, and some nice boutique gift shops. Lovely holiday home!
