Апартаменти просторі, чітка та зрозуміла інструкція по заселенню-виселенню, безконтактна реєстрація, гарна швидкість інтернету, є можливість регулювати опалення, в квартирі було тепло, гарний тиск води у ванній.
Вартує задуматися про зміну клінінговоі компанії: великий шар пилу під ліжком, бруд у ванній кімнаті та сліди взуття у вхідній зоні квартири. Було б добре мати рушник на кухні та дощечку, щоб різати. Посудомийною машиною користуватися неможливо, бо ручка від дверцят відкручена, і вона не відчиняється. Проте є губки та мийний засіб, щоб помити посуд вручну. В іншому кухня добре оснащена.
