The apartment is really cozy and big enough for two people

There isn’t air conditioning, and the communication between us and the owner wasn’t so great

Nous avons absolument tout apprécié de ce logement. Les indications de Jan et sa réactivité (ainsi que les petits cadeaux de bienvenue), la propreté du logement et par-dessus tout, son agencement, sa décoration très soignée, très agréable. Et bien sûr le quartier, lui aussi très agréable, très calme et aéré, dont nous avons profité. We loved absolutely everything about this accommodation. Jan’s instructions and responsiveness (as well as the little welcome gifts), the cleanliness of the flat and, above all, its layout and the tasteful, very pleasant décor. And, of course, the neighbourhood, which was also very pleasant, very quiet and spacious, and which we really enjoyed.

Rien ! Que les personnes qui hésiteraient à réserver à cause de l'éloignement se rassurent : Żoliborz est à 20-25 mn de la vieille ville et c'est assurément l'un des quartiers les plus agréables de Varsovie. Nothing ! Anyone who might be hesitant to book because of the distance can rest assured : Żoliborz is 20–25 minutes from the Old Town and is undoubtedly one of Warsaw’s most pleasant neighbourhoods.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to various points of interest (parks, historical center, Warsaw Citadel with history museums). The apartment was clean, cozy and very well equipped. The owner described the access perfectly and even prepared for us a few cold refreshments, as it was quite hot during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again, even for a longer period.

This is highly subjective, but I found the bed being too soft for a good rest. I had to switch to the sofa which, on the other hand, was very comfortable!
