位置雖然遠離市中心，但離outlet不遠，步行只需15分鐘，如果沒有自駕也可以搭outlet的巴士前往 員工很親切
房間其實是非常整潔，只是硬件比較舊，及進入房間時有煙味

部屋は使いやすくて眺めもよかった。風呂も綺麗でバブルジェットが快適だった。
朝食は8時以降ということで、朝早くに出発したかったため、朝食付きでも食べることができなかったのが残念。

ホテルレミーと隣接してホテルシルクの森があり最初、間違えてレミーではなくシルクの森に入室してしまってスタッフの方に迷惑をかけてしまった。入室して1時間後くらいして間違いに気付きフロントに連絡したが適切に対応していただいた。部屋を移動する際に慌てて冷蔵庫に飲み物を忘れてきたが、それも連絡があり後で届けて貰って大変助かりました。
エアコンの清掃が行き届いていないようで暖房が殆ど効かなかった。設備は風呂はリニューアルされていて大変キレイだったが他は古さを感じた。まぁ4980円なので文句は言えません。
