Newish apartment, close to the sea, Several restaurants, massage shops, a mini mart, coffee shops and even a small clinic within a short walking distance. You can use the huge pool of the neighbouring hotel for a fee.
Smell from shower drain when the fan is on. The wardrobe caused a musky smell in the bedroom. You can see the sea when leaning over the railing of the balcony only. Otherwise you see the parking lot of the hotel next door. Poor cooling efficiency of the 2 aircons (I didn't hear the compressor starting/running). The appartment door showed signs of forced entry. It looks like someone could gain easily access without a key but a thin metal piece. Should be repaired and also a proper lock plus an inside chain lock should be installed.

Synthetic rug cause static and it shocks when you touch door knobs.
