Location is close to the beach, just cross the road. Swimming pool is big and clean. Room is clean enough (except toilet seat - there are dirty marks under the toilet seat), Security guard who gave me a key is friendly and helpful. Check in process is easy and very simple. Room location is quiet and peaceful. No noise from the pool. Host is quick response.
Recommended to stay.

Мы с женой проживали в этой квартире с 25.10.2024 по 30.11.2024. Квартира расположена на 7 этаже, очень чистая, хорошо укомплектована всевозможной кухонной посудой и электрическим оборудованием. Большой современный холодильник, микроволновка. Прекрасный вид на море, просторный балкон и, что очень важно, балкон ориентирован на запад. То есть солнце попадает в окна только после 15 часов дня. Хозяева квартиры всегда на связи и моментально реагируют на все наши просьбы. Когда вышел из строя телевизор, то в течение нескольких дней его заменили на новый современный с платформой Google TV, что позволило нам настроить приложения Смотрим, Кинопоиск и Ютуб, а также более 150 телеканалов на русском языке. Рекомендуем эту квартиру для длительного проживания.
