Todos os espaços eram amplos e bem mobilados com tudo o que seria essencial, havia espaço para toda a tralha que levamos de férias.

Não é não gostar, fica só a sugestão dos anfitriões avisarem a quem passa a estadia dos eventuais serviços de manutenção da casa (jardineiros ou tratador de piscinas, para não sermos surpreendidos com visitas surpresa).

Superbe villa , nos hôtes étaient a notre écoute , la villa très bien situés .Un dépaysement total le soleil était au rendez-vous . nous avons trouvé un petit resto qui ne paye pas de mine , mais je vous conseille vivement d'y aller , nous avons étaient reçu par la gérante Kathia toujours le sourire restaurant vraiment pas cher avec la meilleur sangria de la semaine , pour infos zig zag a tunes profitez c'est vraiment copieux et super bon. Un grand merci a Ralf et Véra pour leur sérieux et leur gentillesse. J'espère y revenir un jour . une villa de rêve pour petit et grand

Petit Bémol le chien du voisin qui a un peu jappé , mais bon ce n est qu'un petit bémol . Il garde juste sa maison .

The access road to the villa entrance is easy to navigate as well as the fast toll road from the airport to the villa (which unfortunately can be seen and heard from the pool area). The upper and lower pools with elevated views towards the coast. The electric window shutters (electric entrance gates would be a plus).

We arranged to meet the villa manager at 14:00, he was nowhere to be seen, we had to contact him meet up. First impression of the villa, the garden & approach to the front of the property were poorly maintained i.e an un-weeded paved area, shredded fence screening, piles of aggregates dumped everywhere. Also, the BBQ area was the same, the cleaners explained they had no access to an external tap for water to clean. Four out of the eight sun lounger beds require their covers replacing & the bedroom mattresses were hard. Sheets & towels also require renewal. Two shower tray drains & one basin were blocked (slow to drain). No lower pool lighting & in the upper pool eight out of the nine jacuzzi jets did not work. There was no furniture on the upper two terraces. There were no mosquito nets in the villas as advertised on Booking.com. Rather than address the minor issues, the villa manager (Ralph) offered to relocate us to another villa if one was available; ridiculous! He also became insulting because we asked for a small financial reimbursement & in a 'WhatsApp' message he replied - "We explained to the owner that you are mainly looking for discounts and reimbursements, and we also tried to explain the British claim culture to the owner, but he is not willing to refund your stay, or part of it". This was simply not the case & we also do not believe in the 'British claim culture'; that was his personal misguided opinion of the British! Finally, we are in our 60's & have rented many villas over many years & never have we been addressed in this manner before.
