    The hotel is in quite good location and clean. But the water is weak and I had to wait for the hot water for a long time. It seems that water power is also different in different rooms. When I made a complaint, they did not check it. they just said the water is weak in the whole city. When we were there, there were many groups of students and they were running around the hotel, shouted to each other, cursed and made a lot of noise, and the staff did not do anything to control the noise. Especially we had some arguments with the female receptionist, she was not professional at all. Instead of solving the problems, she kept blaming me for being difficult. I asked her if we can check out late for about 1 hour, she said yes. But then when we checked out, she asked for more money. She didn't announce me in advance, so I refused to pay more. It is a pity that her communication is not good and friendly at all, which makes my experience here bad. The owner should hire a more professional one, or have more training for their staff. The male one is nicer and willing to help. Also, you should check carefully about the avalibility of your room before going there. Even when you have a confirmation, it did not mean that you have a room.

    While we didn't spend too much money on a room here, we were expecting the minimum or a clean place to stay. The staff we lovely as they greeted us, and if we needed help they would help us. The overall cleanliness was ok, however there was no ventilation within the room or bathroom. This caused a big build up or mould which you could smell as soon as you walked into the room. The bathroom window was covered in mould and wasn't the nicest place to live and breathe for a couple of days. I should have left and gone to stay at another place. On the first night, somehow there were ants trailing through the bathroom window. The staff were helpful and came in with raid to spray them down and sweep them up, but consequently more ants were discovered which we then bought out own can of raid to manage ourselves. The sheets themselves didn't feel super clean and the pillows had that old/someone's scent which wasn't pleasant to sleep on, I used my travel pillow mostly. I don't blame the hotel as I do think it may be there limitations and they are 2 stars, but I won't be returning. I will upload a google review with pictures. After I left to go to another city, I was sorting through clothes and the lingering smell of mould from the hotel was on my clothes. The pros are they cleaned the room everyday and topped up the water each day for us (2 free bottles).
