This apartment is located in the center of the village, close to everything and has an unforgettable view over the Bay of Cascais!

It is located in a residential street, very quiet, in a building with three floors with elevator, and on the ground floor has a fantastic restaurant where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood every day.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find a living room decorated in a modern style, with a dining room with a glass table for 6 six people and a relaxing living room with sofa bed that accommodates two more guests. The living room has access to a balcony overlooking cascais bay, with table and chairs and two puffs where you can enjoy the magnificent sunset.

The kitchen has all the equipment you need such as glass ceramic hob and oven, water heater, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. It also has crockery, cutlery and kitchenware so you can prepare your own meals.

The hallway with a large wardrobe takes you to the two spacious bedrooms that also have wardrobes, one of the bedrooms with double bed and the other with two single beds, both with private balcony.

The full bathroom has a bathtub with shower and two washbasins, a hairdryer and towel sets are provided for each guest.

It features iron and board, extension and springs.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and both rooms, WI-FI and satellite TV.

You can enjoy the "Festas de Cascais" right in front of the apartment with free outdoor concerts in the evenings and regional fairs by day during the second half of August.

House rules:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas.

• The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.

• Pets are not allowed prior to consultation and prior authorization.

• Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00.

• It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.

• Key loss - 100€

• Analysed block that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention

• Forget the keys inside the apartment, requiring new visit of welcomer - 25€

• A manual of the house will be provided in the apartment at the time ofcheck-in. Please abide by the rules.

Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.

Mandatory security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
