Superb ground floor 135sqm apartment with 45sqm of covered terrace and 73sqm of private garden. Unimpeded views of the beautiful coast of Cádiz and Gibraltar, airport only 15 km away (GIB) and 100 km from Málaga airport. In midst of two of best golf courses in Costa del Sol, the Links, completely rahauled, overlooking the sea and lovely 4 km long beach 250 metres away from the apartment. Wonderful Sotogrande Marina 6 km away with its posh restaurants and hanging out places. Commercial area at walking distance from the apartment (supermarket, Gym open 24 hours, pharmacist, bars and pizzeria....). Many commercial areas and services in the vicinity (Corte Ingles, Mercadona...). Covered garage. New terrace furniture (dining table and sitting room for 6), fully air conditioned, heating available for winter time. Dining area for 6 inside. Fully equipped with all appliances, including dryer and Panasonic 50´ plasma TV set with DVD and access to satellite TV, chromecast and fire amazon for streaming. Master bedroom, with stunning garden views to the sea and Gibraltar, with dressing area, and 32´LCD TV with fire amazon and bookcase. Free wifi internet in the whole apartment. Bedroom 2 gives also directly to the terrace and the garden, with sea views. Bedroom 3 with balcony to swimming pool and gardens. Outside living area nicely appointed, reclining chairs and dining table. Paddle tennis court.
This is a property that stands out for being beatifully taken care of and for the detail that has gone into furnishing it, the stunning views from the garden, the beach and the golf facilities afforded. Golf Club La Alcaidesa is a phenomenal venue to enjoy golf, just recently modernised, with great club facilities, including fine dining, with breathtaking views of the coast and Gibraltar from the links course and serious golfing in the inland course, the Heathland. Sotogrande, Valderrama, San Roque, are names that ring the bell of golfers...Estepona, Marbella, easily accesible via the wonderful highway that connects all relevant places along the Costa del Sol. Excursions are available all the time.Extremely well connected by airplane to Gibraltar airport (a stone throw), Jerez de la Frontera (around 1 hour driving), Cádiz (little over 1 hour driving), Seville (2 hours excursion) and the bigger Málaga Airport (1 hour driving). The swimming pool in the property is lovely for the quietness (very few tenants) and the Mediterranean views.

When we arrived at the property we were delighted to find a comfortable, clean and very well equipped property. I have rented many self catering properties before and this is definitely one of the better ones I have stayed in. It is spacious, had everything we needed (eg. wifi, towels, sheets, iron and basic necessities like tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soap etc.). It is well located in a quiet development within walking distance of a couple of bars, a pharmacy, minimarket & the beach. The property is all on one level and very accessible for people with mobility difficulties. We had a car which is advisable for anyone renting in this area as there is no public transport that I am aware of. The owner is easy to contact and communicate with. I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Hemos estado en esta propiedad durante tres semanas en agosto. Sólo puedo resumir mi estancia con una frase: nos hemos sentido como si fuera nuestra casa.
Desde la ubicación, vistas, accesos, alrededores... hasta los pequeños detalles que son los que hacen la vida más agradable (comodidad, decoración... hasta una serie de DVD sin estrenar muchos de ellos, Wifi en casa), no puedo decir más que cosas buenas de este tiempo que hemos estado allí. Sinceramente, enhorabuena Iñigo por ofrecernos tu casa, en la que nos hemos sentido como en la nuestra.

Acabamos de regresar de pasar unos días en esta propiedad y sólo tenemos cosas buenas que decir de ella.
Empezar con la amabilidad, cercanía y disponibilidad del propietario...Muchísimas gracias Iñigo.
La vivienda...ESPECTACULAR...mejor incluso que en las fotografías...Espaciosa, decorada con muchisimo gusto, no le falta de nada para pasar unos días fantásticos.
Que decir de la terraza y sus vistas al mar y a Gibraltar !
La urbanización es tranquila y muy bien equipada...garaje, piscina...
En fin...MUY MUY Recomendable...y todo ello con un precio por debajo de lo que hay en la zona.
La zona es una maravilla...playas, campos de golf y zonas de interes muy cerca pero quitada del bullicio.
En fin, nosotros repetiremos seguro.

Alcaidesa Village is probably the best complex in Alcaidesa, and this apartment delivers all that is claimed, stylishly furnished with stunning views. Communial pool access is easy being on the ground floor, with the added benefit of a quiet private garden. My family have been renting this apartment during August for the past four years (and will repeat again in 2013) and have never been disappointed. The apartment is always clean and well presented, with access to a maid service if required, and with all modern amenities provided.
Would happily recommend the property to anyone looking for a good quality holiday apartment, conveniently located to either sit and relax (beach or pool) or explore the southern coastal region.
