The views are incredible, the property is spacious and was easy to locate. Parking outside is a squeeze but there is parking very close.

The cupboards and kitchen had just been painted in wood paint which left a really bad toxic smell on all the crockery and cups etc, we were unable to use them during our stay. It’s brilliant they keep on-top of the maintenance it was just a shame for us it was just before we arrived. I did raise it with Zapholiday however after a lot of calls which were not returned we gave up. We were not given all the keys by zapholiday too, they did bring these when we called the office. I would stay here again but I’d encourage the owners to change from Zapholiday.

- tolles Appartement, ideal für 6-10 Personen mit Kindern - super Ausblick, direkt vor einer Golfanlage, sehr gepflegtes Gelände - 2 x Swimmingpools (für Kinder im Hotel nebenan), Basketballplatz und Tennis - Security überwacht - 15 Gehminuten zum Sandstrand - 10 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt und 2-3 Restaurants

die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter kann schwierig sein, sind nie telefonisch erreichbar. Melden sich nur, wenn sie etwas wollen. Kurz vor der Reise musste eine Kaution bezahlt werden, bei nicht sofortiger Zahlung wurde gedroht, dass es kein Schlüssel gibt. - Schlüssel muss in einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden (20 Min entfernt) !!! Empfehlenswert ist die Kommunikation ausschließlich über booking chat, da alles von booking mitgelesen wird und booking sich direkt an den Anbieter wendet !!! - die Gegend ist etwas teurer vom Preisniveau, Restaurants, Eis, etc.. Restaurantbesuch 4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder ca. 150-220 EUR - Vorsicht vor intransparenten Taxifahrten, Preis vorher aushandeln, auch bei Weiterempfehlung über Taxifahrer
