About this villa rental
VILLA PARAISO WITH SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS:
Villa Paraiso has a unique location, it is located at the end of a street in the upper part of the beautiful urbanization of Santo Tomas, on the left side of the house there is a ravine, so privacy and tranquility are assured. Its elevated position provides it with unique views and privacy that we do not find in other villas, not to mention views which are unbeatable.Its position provides it with a constant breeze that makes the heat dissipate and its countless covered terraces give it the perfect spaces for those reading moments that we all like during the holidays.
It is a villa completely renovated by a Local Interior Designer. From its elevated position you can see the entire Santo Tomas beach, with a pleasant Mediterranean breeze that can be enjoyed on the terraces during the day.
Surrounded by palm trees and pine trees, the terraces and the garden, the pool has panoramic views of the sea.
The interior of the villa is spacious and bright, with large windows where you can see the sea. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a direct door to the pool terrace, one of the bathrooms even has sea views! The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, and a spacious dressing room.
It has a large dining room and a living room with sea views. The upper terrace is a perfect place for barbecues, where you can spend many nights eating in peace.
The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. The laundry room is separate in a separate space.
This villa is Eco Friendly, with solar panels to heat the pool water. Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as private chef or babysitting.
The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or monochrome for the organic one.

Large fully-equipped kitchen with doors to terrace. Lower level: Double bedroom with four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. Doors to pool terrace and door to utility room with washing machine. Two twin rooms each with en suite shower room, sea views and doors leading out to pool terrace. Terraced garden with pool shower.
Booking Conditions and House Rules:
Minimum stay:7 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us.
Reservations up to 9 nights:do not include cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels.
Reservations from 10 to 13 nights:include a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels (without cleaning service).
Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.
Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.
Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.
House Rules:
Outdoor showers:Please use the outdoor showers to remove sand before entering the house. Indoor showers are not intended for this purpose.
Umbrellas:Always close all umbrellas when leaving the property. Sudden winds can occur on the island and may cause damage.
Waste disposal:Please dispose of garbage regularly to prevent odors and insects, especially during summer.

We had an amazing stay at this incredible villa. The sea views are out of this world! It’s also a great base to explore this fabulous island. Access to everything was super easy, and thanks again to the host, Kinia for making it such a memorable experience!

Lovely villa with great views and layout. Virginia was a helpful manager who provided great info (and heaters when requested). We even swam in the pool in April. It was almost enjoyable thanks to the solar panel heating.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern für 1 Woche in der Villa Paraiso. Für uns der perfekte Platz mit viel Privatheit, nahe der schönsten Buchten und Strände und einem unglaublichen Ausblick. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!

Car essential. Good supermarkets are not nearby so be prepared for a drive.
Have to keep a very close eye on children around the driveway area as there is a low wall 0.5m surrounding the front of the property with a 5m drop onto stone tiles.
The pool was too cold to use but that was probably due to the tune of year we went at end of May.
With the above issues we still had an amazing time and what spectacular views !
