What I liked most about this guest house was the breathtaking view of Mount Etna from the terrace. It was truly spectacular and more than compensated for any minor shortcomings of the property.
I would also like to praise the staff, who provided very detailed and extremely helpful directions on how to reach the guest house. They were always responsive, attentive, and willing to fulfill every request, which made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
What I did not like about the property were the issues with the water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to use comfortably. There was also an incident one morning when the water supply suddenly stopped altogether, causing considerable inconvenience.
In addition, the furnishings and equipment have clearly seen better days. The property would benefit not only from renovation and modernization but also from a much more thorough and consistent cleaning routine.

The location was perfect. Exceptional views of Mt Etna and surrounding village. The apartment was spacious. Stairs were a challenge but worth it to arrive at our Junior Suite. Free car parking in nearby streets. Very quiet area and walking distance to restaurants and bars.
It was all good.
