The hotel location was amazing. if you planning to hang around near beach and walking street, this location is the best. it was just 3 mints from walking distance. The room size was decent and its perfect for 2 people. the bed, AC and cleanness is good.
Some time the elevator goes up to lobby from where you need to take stairs to go down while coming up with elevator was not an issue. one of the night we smell very bad weed smell in our room, i guess someone must be smoking around so we had to ask hotel to change our room and they did it. rest was good

well renovated comfy hotel near walking street and the pier to koh larn also nice pool on the roof restaurant near lobby and shopping downstair
last time my breakfast was included not this time
