2 Bedroom Apartment within La Mirada complex with Communal Swimming Pool
In the popular area of Playa Flamenca, it is ideally situated for all year round family holidays and golfing breaks.
Situated on the second floor it has open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a Double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The Apartment is fitted with air conditioning in the lounge & ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The lounge leads onto the Balcony which has table and chairs and 2 sun beds. There are sun beds in utility room for pool use.
Linen & towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
The blue flag sandy beaches of Playa Flamenca are a 10 minute walk away with it promenade which links to Zenia beach.Only 5 minutes’ walk away from the Apartment you will find supermarkets, bars and Go-karts and 10 minutes the Commercial Centre with its many bars & restaurants.
La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is nearby with a large selection of shops and amenities with a fantastic array of international restaurants, from local tapas bars to fine dining in exclusive eateries, kids burger bars and American diners, with live entertainment all year round.
Local golf courses, Villa Martin is just a 5 minute drive away and Las Ramblas is a 10 minute drive away.
The local Citrus Centre is 5 minute walk away.
There is a 70 euros end of stay cleaning charge payable locally
A car is not necessary as most things are easily within walking distance.
Airport transfers can be arranged and paid for locally

Is very good location with all major supermarkets like carrefour and Lidl 10 min walk , restaurants , pubs is about 10 - 15 minutes walk , car park on street if you have car with you , overall is very good flat with air con and pool will be happy to stay again.

The family had a great time apartment great only thing we would say is nets or something at windows as not very private otherwise..besides that apartment was great

L'appartement est totalement comme sur les photos :) situé dans un tres bel endroit à quelques minutes de tôut :) nous sommes tombe sous le charme de cette ville qui est vraiment magnifique et qui ne donne que une envie c'est y vivre !
Concernant l'appartement rien à dire donne dans un état impeccable ! Des voisins tres respectueux ! Nous n'avons vraiment aucune raison de nous plaindre !!!!
