Panoramic villa by the sea - 8 beds. Air conditioning

Sono stato in vacanza nella villetta in fine Giugno inizio Luglio, e ho vissuto una delle mie migliori settimane di vacanza al mare. Il posto è bellissimo con vista mozzafiato sulle spiagge di Punta Ala, è comodo e vicino alle migliori spiagge e ai servizi, ma a suo tempo rilassante e piacevole da vivere. Il tutto , non scontato, pulito e con tutti i confort del caso (lavastoviglie, wifi, microonde, lavatrice, ecc..). Insomma Complimenti e grazie .

Questo è il luogo ideale per trascorrere vacanze rilassanti e nello stesso tempo emozionanti. La casa è ben tenuta, corrispondente all'inserzione. C'è tutto ciò che serve a grandi e bambini. La vista, sia da un lato che dall'altro, è mozzafiato; già quella una vacanza! Molte serate le abbiamo trascorse guardando le stelle! La discesa per gli scogli è impegnativa, ma avventurosa e ricca di sorprese. La spiaggia di sabbia si trova nelle vicinanze e si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. Il signore che vi riceve è gentilissimo e sempre presente. Sicuramente un luogo dove tornare o almeno da ricordare.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia due settimane in questa villetta. La casa è in buone condizioni, l'ho trovata pulita e corrispondente alle foto pubblicate dal proprietario. È una casa molto confortevole, con ampie stanze completa di ogni comfort e ubicata in una zona molto tranquilla perfettamente inserita nella natura che la circonda. Gode di una vista straordinaria sul golfo, che si può ammirare sia dalla camera da letto che dalla terrazza dove si può consumare comodamente i pasti,noi eravamo in 8 ( di cui 3 ragazzi e un bambino) e ci stavamo comodi. Il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile che ci ha fornito informazioni preziose su spiagge e ristoranti della zona. Consiglio questa soluzione di vacanza a chiunque, sia coppie giovani che famiglie con bambini purché con automobile. Nel complesso una vacanza da rifare!

We spent one week in April in Punta Ala as a group of five mountain bikers. The advertisement on the german website promised a "villa" (http://www.fewo-direkt.de/ferienwohnung-ferienhaus/p445399), so we expected a detached house. In reality it is a terraced house, what was a slight disappointment. Three of the four bedrooms are great, so it was a pleasure for five people. There are two matrimonial beds and one bedroom with two separate beds. All fine for adults. The fourth bedroom is not nice, only a too short bunk bed. The room has a very small window only and smells moldy. Not to be recommended for anyone to sleep in. So it's one star off for the house not being detached and the moldy room. The view from the terrace is really stunning! The terrace is a perfect place to spend the morning with a long breakfast. There is the possibility to exit the house through the back. After crossing a short strech of macchia (around 20m) there is a path you share with the rest of the terraced house, shown on some pictures of the advertisement. The views there are great! We had a barbeque there and watched the sun go down – perfect! There is also one very steep and rugged path down to the sea. It takes around 10 minutes to get down and 20 minutes to get up again. The beach consists of rocks only, but was fine for us for a rest day. The second star off is for the internet connection which is advertised. There are two passwords needed, we only got one and didn't get the second one on request. The landlord asked us to solve the problem by ourselves directly with the internet provider in its shop in a town 20 km away from the appartement – definitely something we do not want to do in our holidays. And nothing that is expected if an internet connection is advertised. All in all it's a place to be recommended, if you are not more than six people and you are ok with a terraced house. By the way, the neighbours are very friendly! And if you can live without internet connection. But that's maybe something the landlord can solve...
