A queen bedroom includes an ensuite with a tub-and-shower combination. The third bedroom offers another king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and an attached balcony, giving more of the group a place to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. When it’s time to explore, you can follow the nearby biking paths, discover local boutiques and creameries, or head toward the trails of Point Washington State Forest for a different side of the coast. Keep an eye out for deer around the neighborhood, where quiet streets and natural surroundings lend the area its tucked-away feel. There’s room for a little friendly competition on the neighborhood pickleball court, too, followed by a refreshing swim in one of the two community pools. Beach days come with options. Walk to the private, code-gated beach access, or take a short drive to the secondary private, gated entry, where a beachside pool adds another way to enjoy the afternoon. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The coded gate provides direct beach access. Parking Details: - Parking spaces are in the parking lot downstairs. - There are no assigned parking spaces. - Unfortunately, there is no plug for electric cars in this home. – This is a smoke-free property. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties.
