Some stretches of Panama City Beach are all high-rises and elevator lines. Blue Moon sits on the other end of that spectrum — the quiet west end, where the beach is a short walk down a private boardwalk and the Gulf fills nearly every window. Spread across three sunlit levels, this 1,665-square-foot townhome sleeps eight in three king suites, which makes it an easy fit for a family week, a multi-gen trip, or a group of friends who'd take the sound of surf over the sound of traffic any day. The main living level is where everyone lands. It's an open great room with a Gulf-view living area, a dining table built for grouper tacos and slow conversations, and a kitchen that can actually keep up with a crowd — full-size island, stainless appliances, and real counter space to spread out. Coastal blues, white woodwork, and beachy artwork keep things loose and unmistakably Florida. Open the sliders in the morning and the surf becomes the soundtrack to your coffee. Every bedroom is its own retreat with a private ensuite bath. The ground-floor king is a quiet escape a level below the action. Upstairs, a second king suite anchors the top floor, and a flexible third bedroom pairs a king with a built-in twin-over-twin bunk — the room kids and cousins will race to claim (top bunk goes fast). A stacked washer/dryer keeps the beach towels in steady rotation. Outside is where Blue Moon lives up to its name. The first-floor lounge is set for all-day hangs — a dining table, cushioned sofa-style seating, and a clear line to the Gulf, so it's umbrellas up and toes in the sand within seconds. The west end rewards you for choosing it. Camp Helen State Park and its rare coastal dune lake sit at the far end of the beach, with Lake Powell nearby for paddling on calmer water. The walkable village of Carillon Beach is close by, and the 30A charm of Rosemary Beach is a short drive west. When you're after shopping, dining, and the Ferris wheel, Pier Park is an easy run east. But the real luxury here is what's missing: no high-rise shadows, no crowded elevators, just Gulf breeze and a wide-open sky. Come to unplug, come to celebrate, or just let the kids run straight from bed to beach — either way, Blue Moon has a way of making a week feel a lot longer than seven days. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Beach chair service is not provided. Guests may contact "Chairs for You" if this service is needed. - There is a kayak and beach chairs for guest use in the garage Parking Details: - On-site parking for 2 cars max (1 in the garage and 1 directly outside of the garage). - Only 2 vehicles per unit may be parked on the property. - No vehicles may park outside the designated parking spaces (vehicles must be parked inside the yellow line in front of the townhome or in the garage). - All vehicles must display a valid parking pass at all times. - Oversized vehicles may be parked between building or in front of the office IF there is space available. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
