One of them also has a makeup table, a nice touch when you're getting ready for a wedding, a dinner reservation, or a night at the fair. Both bedrooms share a spacious modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Step downstairs and Paso Market Walk brings coffee, casual bites, and a leafy garden right to your door, along with a restaurant set inside a restored 1890s Victorian on the same property. From here the rest of Paso is easy to reach. Downtown City Park and the shops and restaurants around the square are about a ten-minute walk down Spring Street, and the Paso Robles Event Center, home of the California Mid-State Fair each summer, is a similar stroll in the other direction. Tin City and the glowing hillside installations at Sensorio are a short drive away, the open hills of wine country start just past the edge of town, and when you want the ocean, the coast at Cambria is roughly 40 minutes west. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
