Just three blocks from the heart of downtown and located in the Historic Vine Street district of Paso Robles any brief walk down the street will expose you to many historic structures from the early days. It sits behind and was built on the same property as The Historic Victorian Eppinger/Lewis House that was built in 1889. Another short walk to the downtown of Paso Robles where you can enjoy the dining, entertainment and unique shopping boutiques, or just a quiet stroll through the park. You can pick up some fresh local farm goods and items from the Farmers Market in the park on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. This property is a two bedroom/two bath condo, with a walk-in closet, queen sofa sleeper and TV in the upstairs living area. It has a kitchen, stacked washer/dryer and is set up for internet with a desk for your convenience. The loft has a private indoor staircase with an intercom to the outside front door, for security. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. - There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside. Parking Details: - Three open-air parking spots are provided off-street. - This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
