Inside, the home opens into a bright, easygoing main level where tall ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows give the living and dining spaces plenty of breathing room. Settle into the living room for a movie, gather around the dining table for a slower meal, or pull up a stool at the kitchen counter while dinner comes together. The kitchen is well suited to cooking in, with a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and a walk-in pantry that keeps everything tucked away between meals. With the spaces flowing naturally into one another, it’s easy for everyone to stay connected whether the evening is centered around cooking, conversation, or simply winding down after a day in Langley. In-home laundry and an EV charger add a practical touch for longer stays. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms keep the sleeping setup simple and comfortable. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. - This home does not have A/C. Parking Details: - Parking is available for 2 cars. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
