Rooms were clean and spacious. House had full amenities. Walking distance to town. Quiet. Easy parking. Nice TV. Beds were comfortable. Internet was good. Overall, great place to stay.

Previous guests left garbage including a used nappy (ick) and cleaning service should have spotted this. Could use coffee table or TV trays in living area. Pictures overstate "country greenery view" as this is a small cabin in a bunch of others next to each other and it is actually next to a lumber yard and car park so no countryside vistas here! Watch the protruding manhole cover in the driveway or it will hit your car's undercarriage.

This was an outstanding stay—beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped. The home exceeded our expectations and is among the best places we’ve stayed in many years of frequent travel. One practical note for future guests: after booking on Booking.com, you should expect follow-up communications from AvantStay, the host’s chosen third-party property manager, requiring identity verification and signing a rental agreement prior to arrival, along with marketing messages encouraging direct booking. While everything worked out well for us in the end, it’s helpful to be aware of these additional steps in advance. Overall, a truly excellent property and a stay we would happily repeat.
