This was an outstanding stay—beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped. The home exceeded our expectations and is among the best places we’ve stayed in many years of frequent travel.
One practical note for future guests: after booking on Booking.com, you should expect follow-up communications from AvantStay, the host’s chosen third-party property manager, requiring identity verification and signing a rental agreement prior to arrival, along with marketing messages encouraging direct booking. While everything worked out well for us in the end, it’s helpful to be aware of these additional steps in advance.
Overall, a truly excellent property and a stay we would happily repeat.
